FROM A LIVING ROOM TO A LIFE-CHANGING MOVEMENT

In 2020, Mr. Sreekanth, a soft skills trainer and communication coach, began a small but transformative initiative—mentoring a few neighbourhood children in his own living room. What started as a casual gathering soon revealed something extraordinary: schoolchildren flourished when given positive mentorship, real-life exposure, and guidance beyond the classroom and textbooks.

Inspired by their transformation, he envisioned a broader mission—to guide children into becoming confident communicators, curious learners, and emotionally intelligent individuals. This vision gave birth to the Positive Generation Movement.

What began with just seven schoolchildren quickly grew into over 100 students across multiple batches. The sessions outgrew his home, and the movement found a new space—both physically and in the hearts of many young learners. Yet at its core, it remains the same: empowering young minds to grow with confidence and live with positivity.
